ProMana Solutions Announces Specialty Marketing Division for Branded Partner JBL Trinity

PARSIPPANY, N.J. --(Business Wire)-- July 27, 2004 -- ProMana Solutions, Inc. (Pink Sheets: PSLU), a provider of end-to-end Intranet based software solutions for business work flow and human resource management, has developed a specialty marketing division dedicated to the food distribution service marketplace for its branded partner JBL Trinity Group.

Joseph Profaci, the newly-appointed vice president of sales at JBL Trinity, has been selected to direct the division's sales and marketing efforts. Profaci is a third generation foodservice executive whose family history in the segment spans nearly 100 years.

In addition to Profaci's years of experience and extensive contacts, he brings a value added relationship to the venture in his longstanding affiliation with Donald Jenkins, president and CEO of Equa-net, the creators of V.O.S.S. (C)2004. The V.O.S.S. (C)2004 system was designed to be the most comprehensive analytical tool for managing the foodservice industry.

"This division was developed to take advantage of two unique aspects of our relationship with JBL Trinity that I believe will assure the success of this venture," said ProMana CEO Larry Kass. "Mr. Profaci's extensive family ties within food distribution channels will help facilitate the division rollout, while his foodservice expertise allows ProMana to develop a wide array of specialty programs for this industry. In addition, the combination of ProMana and Equa-Net services will result in a single, comprehensive package that compares to no other."

"The foodservice industry is extremely competitive, very price sensitive, and operates on very thin margins. The implementation of this program allows our clients to save time and money, while giving their employees a higher of level of employee benefits, as well as a better, safer working environment," added Profaci.
