Passengers on a Qantas flight transferred to another plane after aircraft clipped air bridge in Wellington (IRN News Via Thomson Dialog NewsEdge)There was an unexpected delay this morning for passengers on a Qantas flight from Wellington to Auckland.
The plane was preparing for takeoff at 6.30am when it clipped an air bridge. A Qantas spokesperson says passengers were transferred to another plane which eventually took off around an hour later than scheduled.
The original plane is being inspected by engineers to establish whether any repairs are necessary.
