Government Organizations Choose Numara Software as Preferred Service Desk Provider

At the Public Defender Service for the District of Columbia (PDS), attorneys provide legal services to the poor. Des Moines Water Works (DMWW) is an independently operated public utility, which provides drinking water to more than 300,000 people in the Des Moines metropolitan area. Besides using Numara FootPrints for the DMWW's help desk, Bruner has implemented several projects to manage software specifications and bug tracking for DMWW's internal software projects.
