Enkata Solution Now Rated ''Avaya Compliant''
SAN MATEO, Calif. --(Business Wire)-- Enkata, a leading provider of on-demand performance and talent management solutions, today announced that its Enkata Contact Performance Suite 6.2 is compliant with key contact center solutions from Avaya (NYSE:AV), a leading global provider of business communications applications, systems and services.
The Enkata Contact Performance Suite helps businesses improve contact center metrics by providing managers with an integrated view of center and employee performance, coupled with the analytics and workflow tools they need to drive immediate improvement. The application now is compliance-tested by Avaya for compatibility with Avaya Communication Manager 3.1.2 IP telephony software and Avaya Call Management System R13.1, an application that provides the information and tools needed to monitor and analyze contact center performance.
