Critical Links announces distribution agreement with Graybar Canada

(Telecomworldwire Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) Critical Links, a provider of converged voice, data and IT solutions for small and medium businesses (SMBs), announced on Friday (20 March) a distribution partnership with Graybar Canada, an electrical, data/communication wholesale distributor in Canada and a subsidiary of Graybar Electric Company Inc.

Through the agreement, the company's edgeBOX will be made available to Graybar Canada's customers looking for a multi-service platform to help simplify, standardise and reduce the cost of operating and managing an office's communications and networking infrastructure.

According to the company, the edgeBOX provides an 'Office in a Box' solution for SMBs that includes an IP telephony system, integrated with e-mail, contact database, calendars, security, VPN and file sharing.

The voice and data services integration improves employee productivity, simplifies installation, maintenance and upgrades, as well as reducing equipment, communications and maintenance costs for SMBs.

The partnership with Critical Links enables Graybar Canada to augment its existing portfolio with the edgeBOX and deliver VoIP and other data networking services and bring cost savings to its customer base, the company said.

No financial details were disclosed.
