Webroot: Webroot announces partnership with Hosted Desktop Provider Nasstar, to deliver Email and Web-based SaaS Security

Webroot, the leading cloud security provider for consumer and business, today announced a strategic partnership with Nasstar plc which provides hosted exchange and its pioneering Hosted Desktop cloud service to small, medium and large organisations.
Webroot will enhance the Hosted Desktop and Hosted Exchange services offered by Nasstar, by providing Webroot Web Security SaaS and Webroot Email Security SaaS which includes Webroot Email Encryption Service.
According to Gartner, the hosted desktop market is anticipated to grow from "$1.5 billion in 2009 to $65.7 billion in 2013", and it is forecast that almost 40% of all desktops delivered virtually within the same period. Nasstar's choice of security partner is a business critical relationship for the company as it seeks to establish itself as a volume operator over the next 3 years.
