The Thought Leaders of Enterprise Search - Seminar Series features Coveo customers discussing their use of enterprise search today and where they plan to expand in the future to further speed business processes, enhance customer service and share and retain knowledge. The Boston seminar, Mining Knowledge in the Data, will feature Haley & Aldrich VP, Director IT Trent Parkhill, who will discuss his organization's envelope-pushing use of search to leverage institutional knowledge, save its customers time and money and expertly staff new customer engagements.
