LiveWire Mobile appoints Matthew Stecker as new president and CEO

Nov 06, 2009 (M2 EQUITYBITES via COMTEX) -- Provider of mobile managed personalisation services LiveWire Mobile Inc (Pinksheets:LVWR.PK) announced on Thursday that Matthew Stecker will succeed Joel Hughes as president and CEO on or before 30 November 2009.


Hughes has served as LiveWire Mobile's president since 2007 and as its CEO and chairman of the board of directors since December 2008.

His role of chairman of the board is to be assumed by current board member Robert M. Pons.

Most recently Stecker was vice president and leader of CSMG/TMNG's technology strategy practice and earlier he served on the leadership team at Vindigo and as CTO of SmartServ Online.

LiveWire Mobile also announced that Pamela D.A. Reeve has resigned as a director.
