Harris Corporation has acquired Patriot Technologies, LLC, a provider of information technology and software development services to the healthcare industry. Both the companies are based in the US.
Harris Corporation is a communications and information technology company offering solutions to government and commercial markets.
With the acquisition, Patriot Technologies will become part of the Harris Healthcare Solutions business unit.
Houlihan Lokey Howard & Zukin Financial Advisors, Inc. acted as financial advisor to Patriot Technologies.
