Telular and Telefonica Mexico sign agreement to offer Remote Tank Monitoring Solutions

Provider of wireless communications technology, Telular Corporation
(Nasdaq:WRLS) said on Wednesday that Telefonica Mexico, a cellular
network operator in Mexico, will private label its TankLink monitoring
solution under the brand name TeleControl-Gas.
Telefonica Mexico has selected the TankLink solution as part of its
long-term strategy to offer wireless data-centric services to a larger
commercial customer base. Financial details were not available.
The new offering, TeleControl-Gas, combines TankLink's telemetry
devices and secure web portal and Telefonica Mexico's reliable
nationwide network and local sales experience.
Also, the TeleControl platform, powered by TankLink, can be easily
extended to enable bulk inventory monitoring for any industries wanting
to improve their operations and positively affect their bottom line.
TankLink, a Telular company, is a supplier of wireless tank level
monitoring services.
