Finnish Rightware takes over US Futuremark's Mobile and Embedded unit

(M&A Navigator Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) Finnish company Rightware said on Thursday it has bought the Mobile and Embedded business unit of US performance analysis software and service provider Futuremark for an undisclosed price.

The deal includes all intellectual property rights of the unit, as well as all assets and liabilities.

The acquired unit's workforce will join Rightware.

The sale allows Futuremark to focus entirely on game development and PC Benchmarks operations, the company said.
