ILD Telecommunications Changes Name to ILD Corp.

Jan 19, 2010 (Close-Up Media via COMTEX) -- ILD Telecommunications, Inc., a provider of online back-office support for digital media, e-commerce and communications companies, announced that the company's shareholders and board of directors approved a name change to ILD Corp.
