US SuccessFactors inks deal to buy Inform
(M&A Navigator Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) US business execution software developer SuccessFactors (Nasdaq:SFSF) has agreed to buy Australian analytics and workforce planning specialist Inform Business Impact, the two companies said yesterday.
Under the terms of the deal, SuccessFactors will pay $25.5m (EUR18.6m) in cash and about $15m in SuccessFactors ordinary shares.
According to SuccessFactors, this is a strategic acquisition that will enable the company to offer business analytics and workforce planning as part of a comprehensive business execution software suite.
The deal, which is expected to be completed in the third quarter of the year, will have no impact on SuccessFactors' net profit, the company said in a statement.
