BackWeb Announces Resolution of its Patent Infringement Lawsuit Against Symantec

BackWeb Technologies (News - Alert) Ltd. (Pink Sheets: BWEBF or BWEBF.PK) announced today that it has resolved its previously announced patent infringement litigation with Symantec (News - Alert) Corporation that was pending in the District Court for the Northern District of California. Terms of the agreement remain confidential.
