Bausch + Lomb appoints new corporate vice president of human resources

Bausch + Lomb, a US-based eye health company, has appointed Michael Rowe as its new corporate vice president of human resources.
Most recently, Mr Rowe served as a senior consultant at Proteus International. Prior to joining Proteus, he was executive vice president of human resources at Activision from 1999 to 2007.
From 1997 to 1999, Mr Rowe served as vice president of human resources of North America for Disney Consumer Products, a division of The Walt Disney Company.
Brent Saunders, CEO of Bausch + Lomb, said: "Mike is an expert in developing and growing high-performance global teams, having counseled multinational organizations across multiple industries for more than two decades. As we continue our transformation of B+L, Mike's leadership will be essential to our success."
